Meghan Trainor has listed her Encino, California, home for just under $18 million. Trainor and her husband, actor Daryl Sabara, bought the property from DJ Zedd in 2024 for about $17 million. Zedd had purchased it for $15.2 million in 2021 from Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner, the first owners of the house after it was completed in 2019. They paid $14.1 million.
Designed by Jae Omar, the contemporary estate spans nearly 15,000 square feet and includes six bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. Its main floor features a great room with two fireplaces and doors that open onto the backyard, a library nook, an eat-in kitchen, a catering kitchen, an office, and a playroom with a climbing wall, slide, and foam pit. The home also has a fitness and wellness center and a recording studio that Zedd added during his ownership.
Five ensuite bedrooms and a second living area are upstairs. The primary suite includes a fireplace, wet bar, two dressing rooms, and a balcony. Outside, the property has a pool and spa, kitchen, putting green, projection screen, and fire pit. A guesthouse with a billiards pub and movie theater completes the estate.
