Microsoft is giving away a one-of-a-kind Xbox Series X-Bite: a playable Xbox console built into a realistic, five-foot-long animatronic alligator. The creature has an illuminated Xbox logo in its eyes and comes with a custom wireless controller marked with bite marks.

Microsoft worked with animatronics specialists at John Nolan Studio to create the alligator. The studio has also designed creatures for The Witcher and Jurassic World Dominion, as well as HBO’s upcoming Harry Potter series.

The promotion hints at Grand Theft Auto 6, which is set in a fictional version of Florida and is due out Nov. 19. Microsoft’s promotional materials say, “This November, Xbox is heading to Florida,” and include items associated with the game, such as a baseball bat, duffel bag, playing cards, dominoes and a shot glass. An alarm clock displays 3:05, a reference to Florida’s 305 area code.

To enter, follow @Xbox on TikTok, Instagram or X, repost the sweepstakes post on that platform and add #XbiteSweepstakes to the repost. Entrants must be at least 18, live in the United States and have a public account. The sweepstakes runs until 11:59 p.m. PT on Nov. 10. The selected winner will have 48 hours to claim the prize after being notified.
