Prime Video’s top 10 movie chart has shifted after Halloween, with fewer horror titles dominating the list. Among the movies ranked this week are three recommendations spanning zombie action, slasher horror and an emotional made-for-TV drama.

The selection is based on Prime Video’s most-watched movies as of Monday, November 2, 2026. The current top 10 also includes Ali G: Who Iz I?, Hungry, First Winter, The Secret of Moonacre, Halloween II, Love of Your Life and Dark Nature.

Apocalypse Z: New World (2026)

The second film in Prime Video’s Spanish zombie trilogy follows the spread of the TSJ virus after the events of Apocalypse Z: The Beginning of the End. With the Canary Islands transformed into a militarized refuge, a mission to retrieve vital supplies from an abandoned Madrid airfield brings special forces into conflict with large groups of zombies.

Based on Manel Loureiro’s books, the film emphasizes fast-moving action and violent encounters, with the zombie sequences providing its main appeal. Apocalypse Z: New World is available to watch on Prime Video.

Scream 7 (2026)

Scream 7 brings back Neve Campbell as Sidney Prescott, whose daughter Tatam and her teenage friends become targets for a new Ghostface. The film uses AI deepfakes to create unexpected links to the franchise’s past and includes a tense opening sequence set at Stu Macher’s house.

The 114-minute sequel combines brisk action with graphic kills, including one involving a beer tap. It is also presented as the latest chapter in a series that continues to use its established characters and mythology. Scream 7 is streaming on Prime Video.

Forget Me Never (1999)

This late-1990s television drama stars Mia Farrow as Diana McGowin, a successful legal-aid professional whose confusion and memory problems lead to a diagnosis of early-onset Alzheimer’s disease. Because she is her family’s main breadwinner, Diana initially keeps the diagnosis from her husband and relatives.

After an incident at a conference forces her to disclose her condition, her husband Jack, played by Martin Sheen, struggles with the news before promising to support her. Diana later establishes a support group for others with early-onset Alzheimer’s. Forget Me Never is available on Prime Video.
